Property is little old. Neatness is less. Staff service seems to be good. Food was good. The location is good near to city center.

It was a good place, nice staff, food, rooms, amazing experience with horizon hotel. Visit next time too.

The rooms were untidy and messy. The staff refused to give the room key and said we ll lock the room on your behalf when you leave the room. The wallpaper of the room was torn. Overall experience was bad and was not worth the price definitely....

Location seems like the best to visit all the main places of gwalior. Everything is in max 5km vicinity of the hotel location. Service was good. Food (dinner) was little oily but good. Breakfast was also good. Had a good time there.
